Introduction

The °neo platform has the ability to store e-mails to a client’s profile. It is possible to store e-mails that are sent to the client after the completion of certain processes, for example a welcome e-mail when creating a person is complete.

View e-mails

By double clicking on the line, the e-mail is opened in Matrix from where you can see the content of the sent e-mail.

In addition to viewing the e-mail, it is also possible to delete the e-mail by either clicking the trash can from the e-mail list or from the e-mail itself.
