Manage a loan

The °neo platform supports the creation and maintenance of loans. There are several actions that can be performed on a loan.

Throughout the lifetime of a loan, a number of situations could occur that will require an update to the loan properties. For example, a borrower might miss a payment and the loan goes into default; or the bank and borrower will renegotiate the interest rate properties of the loan. °neo makes it easy for you to change the loan details as needed.

The actions that can be taken on an existing loan includes:

• Change payment plan
• Change interest
• Add costs
• Register Payment
• Change default status
• Write Off
• Loan disbursement
