Introduction

User groups in °neo are used to group one or more users in the system. A user group is used in the task assignments. A user can be part of none, one or multiple user groups.

User groups

User groups are created and maintained (update and delete) per environment, in the "Users per user group" section.

Each user group has the following characteristics, and can be updated by clicking on the additional actions menu button to the right of the user group name.

Group name

The nice name of the user group.

Email address

The relevant e-mail for the user group.

Users

Users can be added or removed from a group.
